LI: To learn how to use 5 ways of solving an equation.
Today I learnt to use five ways of solving an equation. Today I made a DLO about the five ways of solving an equation. Today I learned by first going to Mr O, go through the ways of how to solve in equation and then we had to do the 5 ways on the wight boards with a wight board marker, then we had to the same thing but on our chrome books (small computer). The five ways are showed in the picture below.
LI: To respect each other.
I learned today to respect each other. Today I learned to play two games, the games were called clap hop and animals. The animals one is a made up name that I made up because I forgot the name. The first game I learnt was clap hop, There is one person that claps and the other people have to jump to that clap, if the person that's clapping tricked you you're out. You also can't move when the clapper is not clapping or you're out. There is also some taggers, they have to play the same rules and they have to tag the people until there all out if there not the players win and the taggers lose. The second game is animals, you have to get in a circle and one person is in the middle and that person has to call out an animal and point at a person, then that person has to do an action and a noise of the animal. I learned by going to kiwi can.
LI: To learn learn about the 2018 winter olympics
Today I learned to make a poster about the 2018 winter Olympics. I learned to make the poster with my group and we also worked as a group to do it. On the poster we have to answer the questions that Mr Wong and Mr O made like how many countries are competing, how far is it going for and the other questions .the people in my group were Acein, Jerome and Sione. I also learned that the distance between NZ and Pyeongchung is 9,889 km's. I think that we used enough of text and I also think we need to work on color. If I was in the winter Olympics I would do snowboarding because it looks cool but I would feel scared and nervous because you got a lot of pressure on you and I don't like going scared. I learned that the Olympic's started way way way back like in the Greek times. The Olympics is a bunch of countries head to head vs each other to win Olympic sports.
LI: To make a 5 sentence recount about the bean bag game.
This week Monday LS1 and Mr Wong went outside and played a bean bag game so we had to make a 5 sentence recount about it. I learned put events, reveal and ending in my recount. The events is what happens, the reveal is the five w's and the ending is when the recount finish's. I learned by making a 5 sentence recount about the bean bag game.
LI: To make a graph about how many blog posts I made.
Today I learned to make blog graph about how many blog post I made. I learned to go on my blog, then find out how many blog posts I made in each month and then make a google draw about my blog graph. I learned by listening to the instructions, focusing on my work and trying hard. I also learned by going on my blog, then find out how many blog posts I made in each month and then make a google draw about my blog graph. I also did a 187 blog posts so my goal is to try and beat that.
LI: To learn how to play soft ball.
Today I learned lots of things. The first thing that I learn't was to try catch and throw the ball. We also had to act as a crabmonkydile (Crab-Monkey-dile), We had to act as a crab so we can run like a crab and try to catch the ball, We had to act a crocodile so are arms look like a crocodile's mouth and catch it and we as a monkey so we can bend down like a monkey and get the ball if its on the ground. I learned by going to kiwi sport.
LI: To use the values at kiwi can.
Today I learned about positive relationships, rules and the values. We played two games named freeze tag and human bowling. The first game was freeze tag, the aim of the game was to not get tagged by the tagger or else you freeze, but a person that didn't get tagged can touch you on the shoulders. The second game is human bowling, there has to be two teams, one team will have the ball first and try to bowl the ball into touching the person then if you get touched by the ball you're out. The only thing is if you move you're out. I learned by listening to Mr Matt and Mrs Lilly and following the instructions.
LI: To attribute creative work to the owner.
Today I've learned how to do attribute again. I learned to click the labeled for reuse button, find my favorite character and then attribute it. I learned if you don't attribute people might think that you stole it and the person who made come after you. But if you do attribute that means you're giving credit to the guy who made. I also made a DLO based on attribution.
I learned to attribute by first choosing a character, second clicking on usage rights and then clicking on labeled for reuse, find the picture, visit the page, find the licences and the owner then you attribute it.
