Kiwi Sport

LI: to get fit at kiwi sport
I learned how to do a high jump.I learnt to do a high jump and this is how you do it,you have to slightly bend your knees and you have to start with the leg that's closest to the pole so if you use your right leg to start off you have to use your right arm as well and your left leg,arm are just the trail of it.I learnt by listening to the instructions and by being focused.I learned by going to kiwi sports but first we had to do a warm up,it was game and it was called volcanoes and valleys, after that we started working on are high jumps.I learnt by using the lead leg (it's the one next to the pole) and if you use your left leg you have to use your left arm as well.

Kiwi Can


LI:to be respectful at Kiwi can and other places.
I learned at kiwi can to be respectful to the values and I learnt about the values they are resilients, participation and respect.I learnt how to play a game called “bip bop bounce” this is how you play, people have to get in a circle and one person is in the middle, he or she has to point to a person and he or she has to say bip bop bounce and the person that she or he is pointing at has to say bang before the person in the middle says bounce.I learnt by listening to the instructions and by being focused on my work.I learned by going to kiwi can and listening to the supervisor.I learned by using the values.

Hauora

LI:Hauora in action
I learnt how to make a google slide and make an animation about what is good health of taha tinana and what was bad health of taha tinana.Of course the wall of hauora is taha tinana and I learnt what it meant,it means physical health like was really physically healthy for so here an example “you eat bananas most of the time”.I learnt by listening to the instructions and by being focused on my work.I learnt by making a google slide and making it into an animation.I learnt by choosing a wall of hauora and that was taha tinana and that means physical health.

LI:What is a point of View
I learnt how to make a persuasive speech about one topic and the first one was “should we have mufti in school?” I was against.I learnt how to make a 30 seconds long persuasive speech about “should we have mufti in school.I learned by listening to the instructions and by being focused on my work.I learned by splitting up the group evenly so one group can work on the against and the other group work on the for, here is my for speech "I am for it because technology should be in school because it could help us with more things like if someone stole your computer you can find it on technology and it can also give a higher view of the school and you can put that video in manaiakalani movie. Possum Poster


LI:To identify the main ideas in a text
I learned to make a poster about possums being bad and I’ve learned some bad things about possums and they are, that possums are selfish because they eat the food that other animals need to survive and the second one that I learnt is that they eat your flowers and they wreck up your gardens as well.I Learnt by listening to the instructions and by being focused on my work.I learned by making a google drawing and then I had to make it into a poster so, I typed persuasive words on it.

Raz Kids

LI:to read the digital books.
I learned to read the digital books on raz kids and I learnt about Albert Einstein I learnt that Albert was the one who discovered atoms little tiny tiny little atoms that are eyes can't see and we can't see them because are eyes can't focus enough on them.I learned by going onto raz kids and reading all of the digital books there.

Tables Conga

LI:learning my time tables up to nine
I learnt about tables conga and I learnt how to play the game.I learnt my times tables up to nine and I learnt it from playing tables conga if you want to know how to play this is how you do it, If you choose a time table like 5 so then you have to times it up to 50 but first you have to collect the numbers,since that you are doing the 5 times tables you have to collect numbers like 5,10,15 all the way up to 50 and if you finish that you can move on to a different time table and do the same thing again.I learned by going onto tables conga and doing all the time tables that are on there.

Faces,Vertices and edges

LI:Explore and describe faces, edges, and corners of 2D and 3D objects.
I learned about Faces,Vertices and edges and I learned what faces,vertices and edges meant.I learnt that the face is the front part of the 3-D shape,I also learnt that the vertices are the points of the shape and the last one that I learnt about is edges and edges is where the top part and the bottom meet.I learned by looking around the classroom for two different 3-D shapes and I took a photo of both of them and put it on a google drawing.I learned by adding how much faces there were and I had to figure out how much Faces,Vertices and edges there were.

POV

LI:What is a point of View
I learned to make a google document and type on it what my point of view is.My point of view is that  cars should be runned by electricity and it is water proof I chose that because nothing will get polluted if you did have gas in it, it will pollute everything well.. some of it.I learned by making a google document and typing two  paragraphs about my point of view.

Kiwi Sport

LI:to learn how to be fit.
I learned about running and jumping, I learned that when you are in a race you need to get a good start.I also learned the you need to be tall look straight ahead, high knees and you have to do cheek to cheek. In jumping I learned that you have to look ahead and to swing your arms, also you have to  bend your legs before you jump so it makes you get a boost.I learned by going to run jump throw and listening to Andy.I learned by swinging my arms when I jump and by looking ahead, also I did it by bending my legs.



Hauora

LI: to be  proud of myself.
I learned about hauora and I learned about the four walls with it,I learned the names of the four hauora walls and there names were taha tinana, taha hinengaro, taha wairua and the last one is taha whanau.I learned what all of the walls meant taha tinana is physical health, taha hinengaro means mental health, taha wairua is spiritual health and taha whanau means family health, and that's all of the walls in hauora.I learned by listening to the instructions and by being focused on my work.I learned by going onto the hauora google drawing ad I started putting the white boxes in the correct place.

Kiwi Can

LI: To control our feelings when others are with you.Our first energizer we played was called defender. The game was to use one of your hands to be a defender. So you had to get into groups and then someone has to have the ball in their hand. The person with the tennis ball has to try and get it between there legs. If they get it between there legs that person is out. Our theme is Resilience and Resilience means bouncing back and coping with other challenges. Finally the last game was sit doge ball. Mr malu had to count us off and then we had to form a big circle. Mr Malu had to call out a group number then, that group number had to run in the middle and the people in the circle had to try and throw the ball to the group in the middle.

Energy Snack

LI: To Create our own advertising.
We learned to make an Advertisement and was an energy snack.We made a ad about the energy snack we made. The ad had to be at least a minute long. We worked in our normal writing group so it was easy to get done. We first had to do the work on a sheet of paper then we had to do it digital on our chrome. Doing the work together as a group was really fun but also challenging for us. We had to make a basket out of paper so it can hold the energy snack.

We learned about when only men over 21 could only vote who was going to be the prime minister or a chief and that was in the olden days.I learned when the first ever program was launched in New Zealand and I learned about some kings in New Zealand, after we learned about some of the olden days we ask some question and me and Xavier said this question “Why did the British want New Zealand”.We learned by going on are chromebooks and walking up to LS2 then we went on there website after we got a piece of paper than we went on the website to get info to put on the piece of paper than we had to make a question we have 5 minutes to make one.
