LI: to learn stretch's body poses.
For gymnastics we did the normal stretch's. We changed up the courses for gymnastics, for the first course, we still had the same things, the second course we had the same things again but with the front roll we added a triangle to support us. The final course stayed the same except the trampoline, we had to do a dive roll for the trampoline. I learned by doing the stretches and doing the courses.
