LI: to develop body movement of balance, rotation and strength.
The stretches that we did to start off the session are: L Shape, Seal, Butterfly, Cat, Straddle and back, front, side support.
In the first rotation we did the Beam - Backwards, the Box - cartwheel, the Bench - Forward roll
In the second rotation we jumped on the Trampoline - Star fish, Backwards roll, one leg/ scorpion hand stand, Half 180 degree jump.
For the third rotation we did a Handstand, Front support, Parallel bars, back/side/front rotation.
The challenging thing today for me was to do the back/side/front rotation and the forward roll.
