LI: to create our own kowhaiwhai.
Today for our fifth summer learning journey activities we were tasked at creating a kowhaiwhai pattern on paper or digital. In my kowhaiwhai I tried to create a face. The task at hand was really fun and I enjoyed it a lot, it was also really fun to see my partners designs. My design was supposed to be a face, and I found it really challenging.

DeleteThanks for the positive feedback, I really enjoyed this activity and I also found it challenging. To be honest I drew the two eyes on the side on accident, and from then on I started changing my drawing into a face. What was your kowhaiwhai idea?

I think you did a great job at making a face - I can clearly see the eyes, nose and mouth. Well done! I’m so happy that even though it was challenging, you still persisted!
