Along walk to freedom

LI: to research about the people who have changed the world.
For the first task of the second day of week two of the summer learning journey I learnt that Nelson Mandela went to prison for his activism, while he was at the prison he had a journal to write about each day, I had to write about his time in prison and how I thought he felt about it. If I were Nelson Mandela and if I were prison I would be mad because it wasn't fair back then.

  1. Hi Lukah, Mrs Collins from Manaiakalani here commenting on blogs over term break. Well done on posting and participating in the SLJ this year. Nelson Mandela spent a lot of time in jail, how do you think he coped? What could he do to keep his mind and body active? Keep blogging, and commenting on others, to increase your chance of winning one of the awesome prizes and to keep up your learning over the school break!

  3. Hi Lukah!
I really like your Journal Entry as you wrote day 1 day 98 - last day. Did you do research about what he did in prison for 18 years?
    Hi Lukah!
    Blog you later!
