Taking the Lead

LI: to research about the people who changed the world.
For this task I learnt that Barack Obama loves to spend time with his family, we then had to write our top five things to do, my top five are playing video games, watching a movie, eating, playing football and organizing the periodic elements in to their groups.

  1. Hi Lukah, this is Mrs Collins from Manaiakalani and I'll be commenting on blogs over term break. Well done on posting and participating in the SLJ this year. I really like the narrative you shared about your favourite things but if you could only pick one what would it be? Keep blogging, and commenting on others, to increase your chance of winning one of the awesome prizes and to keep up your learning over the school break!

  2. Kia Ora Lukah,

Another great post from you, well done! It sounds like you enjoy doing quite a few things, I’m sure you won’t get a chance to be bored these school holidays. When did you become interested in the elements of the periodic table? In highschool I really enjoyed learning about chemistry, which includes the periodic table. I used to know the first thirty elements in order. I can’t remember it any more. I’m sure your interest in the periodic table will help you out in science at school.

Keep up the great effort, Lukah. I hope I can come back soon and visit your blog again.

    Blog ya later,

    Dani

  3. Hi there Lukah! I really liked how you did this activity, I'd put a few of these on my top 5 as well. You have some great pictures and explanation of the activity. I'd love to know more about why these are you favorite things too. Great job!

  4. Hi Lukah!
I like the 5 things you enjoy doing. I didn't know organizing the periodic elements in to their groups was something you like doing. Is it fun or boring?
    Blog you later!
